Our pistachio baklava is packed with finely ground nuts perfectly accented by orange blossom infused syrup. Its recognizable diamond shape reveals layer upon layer of delicately crusty phyllo and a generous layer of pistachios. The secret to our divine baklava, like all of our techniques and recipes, has been handed down from father to son, from generation to generation. A rapturous walnut version is also available.
